Final Fantasy VII Remake

With just one week to go until the launch of Final Fantasy VII Remake, Square Enix is making the digital pre-load available starting today, April 3, on the PlayStation Store. The pre-load will ensure that players are ready to jump straight into the streets of Midgar when the game releases worldwide on April 10.

“We know that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and many people having to stay at home, some of you may be experiencing extra pressure on your internet bandwidth. We wanted to give all our fans some extra time to download the game,” said the game’s producer, Yoshinori Kitase.

In addition, Square Enix unveiled its Final Trailer from Japan, giving fans a glimpse into memorable narrative moments revealing familiar faces, new characters, and epic scenes from late in the game.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is rated T for Teen and will be available for PS4 on April 10, 2020.

The Final Fantasy VII Remake demo is available for PS4 owners worldwide, allowing players to experience the opening chapter from the game. Those who download the demo before May 11, 2020 will also receive an exclusive PS4 theme when the full game launches. To download the demo now, visit the website.
